City of Garland News Release
Garland City Council Meeting Rescheduled
Garland, Texas – February 1, 2011 – Due to hazardous road conditions, tonight’s scheduled meeting of the Garland City Council has been postponed. The meeting has been rescheduled for Tuesday, February 8, at 7 p.m. in the Garland City Council Chamber, 200 N. Fifth Street in Downtown Garland.
Garland’s Street Department has been busy sanding bridges and major intersections, but indicates the roads continue to be treacherous and are not expected to improve.
