Douglas Athas, Mayor-Elect

Sorry for the low number of posts this month. I have three excuses:

1. I've been busy,
2. There has been some procastination, and
3. My Internet service has been pretty awful for three weeks.

When (1) isn't a problem but (3) is causing service to pop in and out (sometimes out for days), I have problems with (2).
 
So if there is a bit of a flood catching up...I hope you'll understand. Thanks!
