I have not been blogging as much this month because my browser kept crashing. I'd compile a post and some time before I'd save it to the website, it would crash. The frustration was maddenning. Other apps would also work irratically, but, interestingly, all were Microsoft.
 
I've spent the last twelve days on the phone with Microsoft Technical Support. I was ready for a Mac. I think the charge for service was just under than $60. After five technical support people, my final cost must have been about $2 per hour. They were all Canadian and all were very nice and courteous. We finally decided some of the system files must have been corrupted and they recommended a modified re-install, which took hours.
 
My fingers are crossed but all seems to be working now.
 
That's the bad news. The good news is that I've been storing several ideas for posts and now I hope to have time to get them posted. Check back when you can and we'll get started again.
